This month, we continue our series about the First 2000 Days of Life. You can learn about brain development and the importance of mother and baby skin-to-skin contact.
We also share a free healthy eating calculator to help you choose the right foods to eat and how much. Families can join our healthy lifestyle program, Go4Fun, in Term Four from Monday 14 October.
